Messing around and no clear information

My parcel, waybill number KL00492157, was supposed to be delivered yesterday. When querying their site, they have no records of my parcel. I phoned them yesterday afternoon, and they said the delivery guy was there but didn't deliver the parcel because there were no one at reception, even though we have a bell and people were at the office. When I phoned today they first told me the guy couldn't find my address, and that they will arrange a special delivery for me and phone me back. After an hour of no response, I phoned again. This time they tell me the package are still at their offices and that it never went out for delivery today and they are not getting a response from their operations offices. After this, I asked to speak to Patience's manager. He told me he will phone me back in ten minutes time because he just needs to phone their operations offices. I'm waiting half an hour now, and still no response. These people keep telling me and making me run around in circles while they sit and pass the buck. I just want my package today as it was due yesterday, even if I have to go pick it up my--self since its anyway at their offices STILL.
