Hyundai has not given me a feeback on my car fault

My car didn't start yesterday around 4:30 PM. It displayed a message 'press brakes to start the vehicle' while the brakes were pressed. Hyundai arranged a tow truck to take it to Hyundai Springfield, in Durban.

I called Hyundai Springfield at 12:42 PM, to check on progress. They said they would get back to me once they establish the cause of the problem. I called them again at 16:05 on noticing the day is almost done. They told me they didn't have a chance to look at it, it will only be looked at on Monday, 30 September. I asked for a courtesy car, they told me they don't have it.

I am now asking for Hyundai to organize me the courtesy car as I don't have a car now. I couldn't get Hyundai Head Office when I called on (010) 2488000 & 086 1427222.
