Good day

On the 23rd of October 2013 I approached Hyundai for an i20, they helped me with the car finance. The following day I got an sms from standard bank saying my vehicle finance ha been approved, I must contact the deal which I did. I was told the car will arrive the following week on Wednesday which I didn't mind because they were out of stock and the had problems with them being shipped.
I was the one doing all the follow up until today, just called the sales person only to find out my car arrived yesterday I was not informed about this, I had to call them myself. I must say customers are not valued in the midrand branch. Am very disappointed.
