I purchased a 2011 308 Premium pack in January 2013. In the 8months of paying for the vehicle, it has been in the workshop at Woodmead for more than 2 of the months. The car has been in 8 times for the same issues as well as the dash lighting up like a Christmas tree on a Monday evening, when calling Woodmead to report the fault, I was told that they could only see my car the following week. The Car started over heating the next couple of days so a call to Customer Care was logged. They towed the vehicle to Woodmead. This is not to mention the the faults that still needed repair ie, the clutch, stuttering acceleration issue, grinding noise on cold start up... The Clutch was replaced at a cost to my privately arranged Maintenance plan. The Stuttering Acceleration issue was said to be a characteristic of the 1.6THP. Very Clever ploy, yeah, and when needing to over take someone and having the car cough and splatter and shudder is also 'normal'. The Clutch even though replaced still sounds like it cries when it sees an incline. Then When trying to book the car in somewhere else Customer Care hash's that job as well! Well done PSA!
