Never use these Panel Beaters even if your insurance wants to send your vehicle there.
My assessor advised me to go there for a second time even though I was hesitant after a similar experience prior to this one (and my driving skills are not the point)
There is no quality control whatsoever. My vehicle had to have a door replaced, bumper fixed and said goods had to be painted.
Get phoned to say I can collect my vehicle. I warned them I am pedantic and everything must be 100% after the last episode. The assessor also told them note to mess me around again
The first thing I see is the bumper is not repaired. I have to take my car as my hired car was due back. On my way home the door was so badly aligned it sounded like a hurricane of wind was coming through.
I drop it off the following week to be repaired. They deliver it back and the bumper is so skew it looks like bolts were missing. The car is not washed either. I send it back and they return it the next day still not washed and minus a bottle of deodorant.
I report all of this to Armando and he basically tells me I am a, will not reimburse me for all the driving up and down because of their incompetence.
