BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE

I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW RENAULT SANDERO. FROM THE FIRST WEEK AFTER I RECEIVED IT THE CLUTCH SHUDDERED. I CALLED PRINCESS CROSSING RENAULT AND THEY SAID I MUST WAIT TILL THE FIRST SERVICE AS THE CLUTCH IS STILL NEW AND NEED TO SEED OR THERE MIGHT STILL BE GREASE OR OIL FROM THE FACTORY ON IT BUT SHOULD COME RIGHT. I TOOK IT FOR THE FIRST SERVICE AND REPORTED IT AGAIN PLUS THAT THE CAR REFS UP BY ITSELF. GOT IT BACK AND IT WAS STILL THE SAME. I THEN TOOK IT BETWEEN THE SERVICES TO CLEARWATER RENAULT WITH THE SAME FAULT. THEY OILED THE ACCELERATION CABLE AND COULD NOT FIX THE SHUDDER PROBLEM AS WHEN THEY TEST DROVE IT COULD NOT FEEL THE SHUDDER. THE SECOND SERVICE IT TOOK IT TO THEM WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. THIS TIME THEY REPLACED THE ACCELERATOR CABLE AND ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THE CLUTCH IS NOT FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY BUT THAT THEY COULD NOT REPLACE IT AS IT IS NOT COVERED BY RENAULT'S WARRANTY. I SAID BUT ITS LIKE THAT SINCE I BOUGHT IT, THEY CAN CHECK ON THEIR SYSTEM BUT THEY STILL REFUSE TO FIX. BEWARE WHEN BUYING FROM RENAULT THEY ADVERTISE 5 YEAR WARRANTY BUT THEY DON'T COVER THEIR FACTORY FAULTS. BAD BAD BAD
