I purchased a VW Cross polo in February this year and upon purchase i pointed out to the salesperson that there were a few scratches on the vehicle and the salesperson assured me that they will sort it out and they will make the necessary arrangements to fetch the car, etc. I have since then sent several e-mails as well as made many phone calls enquiring as to when those scratches were going to get fixed and all i recieved was empty promises and more and more delays. We are now heading towards the end of the year and i still have not heard anything from the sales person i was dealing with.
I have been dealing with VW for 10 years now and this is the first time i ever recieved such disappointing service.
