Upon the purchase of my car, I was informed that the vehicle was fully serviced and all is in order, until I discovered the first week of driving the car, there was a oil leak and the bottom cover of the car was broken, the car had minor scratches which the Dealer Sales person told me that he will fix, which never materialised. After numerous attempts to get the car fixed, which cost me petrol and increase my mileage up and down, the oil leak was sorted, but the vehicles service light which is showing it due for a service prior to me picking up the vehicle is still on and the the scratches on the car is still there. I would like to understand from this Dealership WHY WAS THERE NO HONESTY AND TRANSPARENCY FROM THE START, I WOULD GLADLY RETURN THE VEHICLE IF THE ABOVE IS NOT FIXED AND I AM COMPENSATED FOR ANY INCONVENIENCES CAUSED.
