Disappointing After Sales Service

I am deeply disappointed in the service I received at NW Nissan in Roodeport
Before I even took my vehicle, there were issues, NWN promised to have sorted out, secondly the radio was not working & I was promised by the Sales Person that he would call me & walk me through the procedure of fixing my radio, which he never did.
I called the next day to sort the issues, &was told that the Sales person was off sick & would only b back the next week.
I called back numerous times the next week, & was eventually told that he had left the company.
After many calls and emails, the Pre-owned Manager eventually made arrangements to have my vehicle fixed.
The following was asked to be sorted out:
Wheel alignment
Driver's door rubber
Radio
Scratches
Licence disk
Bonnet stand
After a week of NWN having my vehicle, the only thing they fixed was the rubber & the bonnet stand nothing else.
The most disappointing was that I never got a progress report from the manager to inform me, I needed to call him to get feedback.
After doing a deal with NWN, no after sales service or concern, I have reached the point where I would rather have my old vehicle back if there is no immediate response
