OUTSTANDING service (Not normal from VW)

I have been a loyal VW customer since 2004. During this time, I have seen the service levels within VW at severe lows.

I have never encountered such pleasurable service before like that of "your own" from Abubakar. My first dealing with him was in February last year when I purchased my Polo from your branch and most recently, early this week when I collected my Jetta.

I feel that this gentlemen should be hailed throughout all VW's within the Durban area, as a true "SALES PERSON". There is nothing that he couldn't do which ultimately lead to an AMAZING experience of purchasing a new vehicle.

I would once again, like to THANK YOU Abubakar, for what you did for me!
