Worst Service @ Harrys Auto Centurion. I took my KIA Rio in and was told by the Workshop Manager that they test all components with a machine to establish the problem. I was told that the damage is R3200, I then told them to fix the problem. As I got my car back i was told that they fixed the problem and that the car will not make a noise again. The evening after i got my car back the same noises arise, at that stage i was really upset. I took the car back the next morning and was told by a "mechanic" that he worked on my car, i told him the problem is not fixed, he told me to drive it and if the problem gets worse i need to come back, I have since driven with a broken car as they don't know what's wrong, i have suffered a loss of R3200, the owner even lost his temper over the phone and said that I will not tell them that they will fix it on their cost, "I will pay for damages". Is this how and what service is? After everything it was said that they fought it's the problem and can only fix something if the car "talks" to them. These people are not real mechanics so avoid them as far as possible.
