Sonata burst sunroof

My sonata 2011 sunroof burst early 2012 was fixed under warranty .two weeks ago it burst again on an empty road. Took car to agent who insisted it was damaged by some object. And will only be repaired under insurance claim. Regant insurance on the other hand doubled the axcess because I claimed in December 2012 .because I ran over a dog that ran into the street..I did complain to the garage that the sunroof makes a moving noise when I drive .but fell on deaf ears. I also hear a tingling noise at the wheels when I drive. The gear selection sometimes get stuck. And vibration when driving
