Another complaint about Audi Center Durban on 20 November 2013
It was March 2011 when I purchase an Audi A4 1.8T at Audi center Durban which was a pre-owned vehicle, the car was doing well until March 2012 where it started giving me problems. They became a series then I decided to trade it in for another Audi A4 2.0 that took place in August 2012.
When I took the care on it first week it gave me a problem with the sunroof, it was making noise I took it back to them to have it checked they adjusted it but the problem persisted, I took it back again they replaced the rubber surrounding the sunroof, but the problem is still present up to date if the car riches 100km. Then a week after the rubber replacements, it created the funny vibrations, that were on and off they became more aggressive then I took it back to Audi they told me it was a misfire the car was sorted, two weeks there after the noise on takeoff and funny sound started, then I took it back to Audi they replace one element inside of which they told me it was faulty.
It was fine for three weeks then the vibration which was referred to as a MISFIRE came back I took it back they told me it was sorted, then two weeks afte
