Ignoring me and not honouring their warranty

These unprofessional panel beaters damaged my car, took it in for a rear bumper touch up a year ago and it's starting to rust they won't take my calls or accept liability for damage to my vehicle whilst in t their care.
They are ignoring me like the plague, I just emailed the RMI and copied them in. If all else fails I will be arranging legal representation and a motor assessor, they must produce the full condition report - they checked my car for every bit of damage and found no damage on my left rear fender, it doesn't line up - they repaired the bumper (which is now rusting) and they claimed it was my damaged rear fender which causes my bumper not to line up! so frustrating!
If they book my car in with no damage, why is there suddenly damage when I query the aesthetics of a panel that was in perfect condition when booked in? They do a thorough report of vehicle condition, even had to ask the guy to stop pressing in the roof so hard - why did the report I signed note no damages to my rear panel?
