Claim rejected

Lodged a claim with Iwyze on 23 November 2013, claim no. 624974 for my cars' sunroof which was damaged. Yesterday the claim is rejected on the basis that the sunroof wasn't listed as a specified item! This is hogwash! The sunroof is a factory fitted unit and not an aftermarket one, the sunroof WAS specified by PG Glass on their inspection certificate along with the factory fitted security system, the rear spoiler and mag wheels - all standard factory fitted and this certificate was sent to Iwyze n March 13, 2012. If the reason for rejection was factual, then why did it take 7 working days to figure that the item wasnt specified (when it fact it was)?
