My car was sent by insurance to the above panel beater in December 2013. Since then my car was packed in a parking space that is covered only on top with all the windows removed, sunroof removed. the car is exposed to rain, dust, sun and I am afraid by the time the car is repaired most of the interior parts will be worn. Please advice, it acceptable that a car can be packed outside for a period of three months with windows and sunroof removed. Nothing was used at least to protect the car from all heavy rains that we experience since December. Can I hold the panel beater accountable should something wear because of their negligence?
