On the 28th November 2013, my BMW sunroof was damaged by the hail. On the 29th Nov 2013 I took it in @ BMW Clearwater for repairs on my sunroof. They then called the BMW insurance which gave me the courtesy car until they called me on Friday the 17th Nov 2013 to pick up the courtesy car. On Thursday I called BMW to find out how far is my car repairs they put me through from one person to another with no feedback or answer as to how far is my car repairs. No one ever came back to me instead the BMW insurance took back their courtesy car on Friday. From December 2013 I have been talking to a lady @ BMW by the name of Fadeela her contact details : 012 452 8325 and she has been promising to come back to me and to date she hasn't. At the moment I'm without a car couldn't attend my meetings today. I don't understand why do I pay BMW insurance if they treat a client/customer like this. They don't give feedback and don't do follow ups. I am also disturbed as this affects my work as now I'm sitting @ home whilst I could be working.

On Thursday the 16th and Friday the 17th BMW Clearwater claimed they couldn't trace or find my car on the system.
