We brought in our land rover defender a week ago and they assured us that our car would be ready by Friday it is now the following Monday and we still have not heard any news about our car.
After giving the approval to proceed on tuesday, it took them 72 hours to collect the part.
I got the number for Danny (Auto mate Manager) on Friday and I managed to speak to him today. I was told he would get back to me in 30 min, 2 hours later and I am still waiting (as I write this).
Since friday 25.01.13 I have been phoning the Automate Head Office, on Monday I spoke to Allen who promised me that a customer service manager would contact me, I AM STILL WAITING!!
Auto mate, I cannot get hold of anyone, so I now wish to cancel my order. I will be collecting my car and taking it to a reputable company who will give me the customer service I deserve.
Your auto electrician who came out to help with my car were knowledgeable and helpful but unfortunately Auto mate Head office customer service and Honeydew management do not seem to care and this is not acceptable.
