My car was booked into Sanrose during Jan / Feb last year (2012).
I was called and told that my car was ready and I should return the loan vehicle that day to avoid penalties. I explained that I had prior work commitments to attend to that day. She was adamant that I bring the car back or else I would incur further penalties. I told her that I was prepared to reschedule my meetings on condition that I collect my car without delay as I had limited time and she agreed.
When I arrived at reception I was told to sit and wait and Henk would be with me shortly. I waited for 1 hour before I had to leave. On my way out Henk all of a sudden ran into the parking lot to stop me and inquired where I think I am going with the loan car? An argument ensued.
My car was not repaired satisfactorily. There was no tow bar cap (which I paid for). When I inquired and I was told it would be ordered. I am still waiting for it!
My bumper has not been alined correctly and the paint cracked after the first wash. The back light cluster got cracked in your care. My inquiries have fallen on deaf ears. No one bothers to return calls no one cares. I just want what I paid for no less no more.
