Still the worst service in SA

After complaining on hellopeter about DHL they were quick to jump up and apologise and send a fleet of people to sort out my problems. All of which were handled promptly by the team, there were many complaints and issues ranging from false billing to my delivery not arriving. I decided to give DHL another try, which was probably me just being a sucker for punishment. Once again, two deliveries held up at customs and not a single attempt to contact me, after I contacted them I am now on once again running after my own deliveries. I had to CC every known manager on my emails to get them to actually clear the unit as it was supposed to have been done and the one is still sitting in customs as I'm writing this, I get apologies from the "customer care" who seem to do nothing more than forward an email to someone else and then pass the blame. As I'm writing this the 2-3 day delivery period as quoted on their rate sheet has long passed and it has now been 6 days since the shipment arrived in SA and 7 days since it left it's destination, it took 1 day to arrive in SA, but has been waiting for Customs clearance by DHL even though I have an account with DHL.
