Dishonest about time needed to get car on ground

Arrived @7.30, asked for driver to take me home, Mgr said it wouldnt take long so I could wait, I didn't mind so agreed. 11am employment agency advises Im needed @work @12. Car in the air with no tyres on. Asked Mgr how long it would take to have car ready, response: 20 mins. Advised agency as per mgr, car will be down @12. Nothing gets done from - 1140 to 1220. Remind Mgr he committed to having the car down at 12 for me to leave. Response: "when a car comes in for a service its supposed to be here all day". Me: But you TOLD me 20 mins & committed to it, I in turn committed to it & my agency. Why couldnt you be HONEST & say "more like an hour"? Why did you lie? " Answer "Well who told you to wait for the car? " Response: "YOU DID when I got here you said it wouldn't be long! " Turns his back and walks away. Keep asking him, why werent you HONEST about the length of time still needed? No response. Giving me a categorical "20mins" & then just leaving it in the air till I ask? Rather be honest & say about an hour. Telling me what I want to hear (instead of the facts) then FAILING TO DELIVER wont win customer loyalty. Disgrace for Groupon (BTW the Reception ladies are lovely!)
