We engaged the services of Eezi Move on the 31st of October 2013. A lot of research was done and had mixed reviews. "It's all a gamble which team they send to you", I was told by friends. Moving a house is stressful and they should reduce the stress, not add to it. While they put our leather couches on and off the truck, they took no precaution with blankest and due care when carrying them. One person tried to take the couches off and carry them on his own which resulted in them tearing a gaping hole in each of them. A full claim report was sent and I completed the cumbersome claim process that they required, only to receive a simple email saying that they take no responsibility. Annali (PR Manager) asked that I motivate my complaint again to her management to which I had no response. After asking a few times, I was given the same reply. "The matter was finalised with the first response management gave me" This is a SHOCKING attitude from the people who are responsible for managing the company. No apologies for the damage or that they will take it up with the team's supervisor, they carry on regardless. DON"T USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY JUST DON'T CARE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY.
