Poor customer service

My car had a break down on the high way, it was towed to Lynhurst Auto for diagnosis, I was then told that it has damaged the engine and they can only put a new engine of which the cost will be R110 000. I told them I will have to take it somewhere else for second option then I was told to pay R820.00 for a decline code. After paying the said amount I emailed Erica the proof of payment and on the same email told her that I am sending a towing truck to come fetch my car. The truck got there but apparently Lynhurst did not have a towing Bakkie to remove my ar from the workshop so the truck left without my car. I then called Erica that I have paid for the truck to get my car and for them to come again I will have to pay again. Her response was ya we didn't have the Bakkie to remove your car so what must I do your truck must just come back again there is nothing she can do about the situation. With a very bad attitude. Now my car is still outside as I speak
