I would like to THANK Marianette Bubb and Jason Young from Head Office for the excellent service we received from you guys, after 7 months of with FOURWAYS DEALERSHIP, they need to closed down due to the NO CARE... and I am sure their mechanic are not even qualified!!! After been fighting and even with an ex employee of Big Boy Head Office (which has left in the meantime) a bike that only runs for a week then something goes wrong... I landed in the MOST experienced 'HANDS" of Marianette (HEAD OFFICE) and the WORK SHOP TEAM, she gave us an update on a daily basis what going on with the bike, arranged the bike to be collected from a Dealership in Kempton Park after we drop it off there for them to be collected for HEAD OFFICE service and check, and also for it to be delivered again... for the FIRST TIME the Bike has had a 21 point check and faults was corrected after 6000km!!! and 9 complaints about FOURWAYS DEALERSHIP we feel the Bike is safe for our child to drive it with out fear that he could be killed because of bad service and repairs on the bike... THANKS YOU... YOU ROCK!!! Will only be dealing with Head Office Workshop in the future.
