FAULTY PITBIKE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased a TTR125S pitbike from the BigBoy Irene store on Saturday 16Februarie 2013. On arrival the bike was taken outside to start. After numerous attempts and failure to start the bike was taken back inside to the workshop. After an hour of wait the bike Finally started.
I returned the bike on Monday to have a couple of things corrected that I was not happy with.
The rear shock dust cover tore, the shock needed adjustment, bolts were loose and fell out on the trip home after purchase, some screws did not even have bolts.
I was promised that the corrections would be made, the dust cover would be replaced and delivered to me the next day. I finally collected the bike personally on Friday after promises were made since Tuesday that BigBoy would deliver it. The dust cover was never replaced. When riding the bike on Saturday, a holding the sprocket came loose and locked against the wheel arm. I returned the bike to bigboy demanding a refund in accordance with the CPA as the bike was not up to standard from day one. My refund was denied by the Head Office, and I am currently taking legal action against BigBoy for the refund.
