I purchased a BIG BOY TSR 250 from Big Boy Scooters Pta East on the 22/03/2013.
At 11.8 km the speedo cable broke. Taking the motorcycle back the speedo cable was replaced.
Then on the (15/04/2013) the gear leaver fell off while driving, and someone stopped me and told me that my back wheel is buckled. They picked up the bike and repaired it.
On the 02/06/2013 while driving I felt that the throttle is becoming a bit tight. The next morning I felt that the throttle is stuck. Big Boy said all of this is normal wear and tear (the bike was on -400 km). I gave them a second chance to fix and inspect the bike and said if anything happens again that I want my money back.
Now on - 1200km the bike started to leak oil. Head office collected the bike and I demanded a refund. They denied a refund and repaired the bike. On delivery of the bike, I saw that the bike is scratched badly and felt that the front wheel is now buckled.
I called head office and wanted to speak to the manager (Andy) the lady working with complaints (Mirianette) told me that he doesn't want to speak to me.
This is completely unprofessional. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY A BIG BOY PRODUCT BECAUSE IT'S A WASTE.
