It has been a week now since I took my vehicle in for its first service. I was told it is too early, but seeing as I was there, there was a water leak they could fix. Up to now I am still waiting for them to phone and tell me when the vehicle is ready. All efforts of communication was done by me. Attempted to Collect my vehicle today, an it's worse then it was when I took it in, I returned it within 15 minutes.
The turbo does nothing, it smokes, its heavily underpowered, and lets not mention the scratches on the grill, and damaged rubbers.
So here is the deal. It does not take a full week to replace three gaskets, mess up a turbo and "egr valve" and sign it off as good to go if there was pressure tests done. If this vehicle is not ready by 3pm 30 october 2013, I will expect a new vehicle, off the floor. If the factory fault is "so bad" then a replacement is in order don't you think?
also, if I have the option of a replacement vehicle, why did the branch tell me they did not offer this service?
I refuse to speak to the manager as he agrees with everything I said, but did not offer any solution, and the workshop manager, well, lets just leave it.
