I purchased a tata from stenga, guys brought the vehicle because the registration was not done and they travelled such a long way it was agreed that I would finalise the registration with license plates and be refunded later. Done that. The vehicle needed a 90 000 km service and they took the vehicle giving me a replacement vehicle, on receipt of the vehicle I asked Ivan if a liability form would be completed. Nothing of such. The courtesy vehicle was unfortunately struck by a hail storm, they collected the vehicle when returning my vehicle. No problem I was told, when asked for my R700 refund on the registration I was told it took the place of the access for the hail damage. The issue here is not the money, the ethics behind it. Now 2 months down the line after they took the vehicle for a service I get a speeding ticket whilst the vehicle was within their possesion. What now, can this get even worse
