I had a sensitive piece of cargo travelling between two major centres over Monday night.
My first email was to Mandre John Pretorius (Security Manager) at 8pm Monday night. Within minutes there was a reply, including Romeo Ruiters (Operations at originating branch) who duly replied with answers to my queries. A couple more emails back and forth, even at that time of night, these guys didn't miss a beat. On the Tuesday morning, Mark Ramouthar (Operations at the destination branch) kindly got involved and did his utmost to assist in a delivering to me without any delay, despite officially only being contracted to deliver at a later time/date.
Everyone at RAM, from start to finish completely outdid themselves and went beyond the extra mile as far as I am concerned. Many other courier companies can take lessons from these guys.
