I rented a bakkie from Budget in June 2012 and collected it at 02h30 in the afternoon. I than received a speeding fine for the same date and noted that the offence had taken place at 08h30 in the morning. I contacted them and they admitted the mistake. After numerous attempts for them to remove the fine and one year in the making, all im told is that they will sort it out.
I contacted the customers service department as the manager (Johan Kruger) does not return my calls. They than contacted him. I called him on his cell phone and he had a bad attitude because I called his head office. He said he would call me back with feedback on the fine the same day. I still have not had the return call 3 weeks later. And this morning I called and im again told his in a meeting.
This is the worst service from a business ever.
