I called Hennie on 23/07/2013 to advise him that the Nissan Murano that I traded in for a new one last year has received a speeding fine, so the ownership must still then in my wife's name. He asked that I email a copy of the fine and he will sort it out and give me feedback. I emailed again twice and also called to get feedback over a period of almost 3 weeks. No email and no call back. I then escalated the email to the dealer principal, twice, who surprise surprise also has never replied - clearly the culture of poor service starts at the top!
