On Saturday 22 June, I bought a stud and nut from the spares department of Hyundai Service Centre in Fontainebleau, Randburg. Keenan, who assisted me with this and some other purchases, was not only friendly and helpful, but since the Service Centre was busy, walked me to Lombard Tyres and arranged for them to fit the stud and nut to my wheel. On another occasion when I was bothered by a noise in the engine of my car, a gentleman (Cassie, if I remember correctly) came out to have a look, tweaked or tightened something and sent me on my way without charging me. Thank you, Hyundai. I appreciate the good service I have always received from you and the little unexpected extras.
