I bought a Groupon special in July while I was in Durban and when I tried to book (about 2 times), they told me that they have no booking dates available and I cannot even get an extension.
I returned from Durban about 6 weeks ago and on the days that I phoned they told me that they fully booked.
Today, which is the last day of the special, they telling me that I cannot come through as they are fully booked again and they cannot extend this either, I mean do they just want to take my money and not do this alignment?
After all these years of being their client, is this the best they can do???
I hope someone there will be sensible enough and maybe go thru their phone records and check how many times I have been trying to book my cars for this alignment... I hope they will still assist me though.
