Using Key Moves for our move in Oct 2012 was the worst decision ever. We moved house end Sept and the furniture went to Key Moves Storage. Our furniture was subsequently re-delivered end Oct to our new house. After the move was done, we realised that numerous items was missing. Most notably was one big suitcase with all my baby sons cloths, DVD's, computer equipment, IPods etc and a box full of personal documents such as my kids birth certificates. The issue was raised with the Ops Manager named Dean. He then stated that they cannot refund me the full claim amount as they have no proof of what items was packed in the suitecase or the boxes i.e. he basically accused me of lying about the items. I checked the inventory list and the foreman ticked off that everything was re-delivered, very unethical behaviour. Also, some of our furniture was damaged. They did all the packing and there were items that never even made it into the boxes but into the pockets of the movers, most notable, an Ipod and another MP3 player. Never use them. It will cost you double after they have finished due to losses.
