Service with a snarl

On 15/10 I booked my car in to Nissan Edenvale for a major service. After being run around with many calls to get a resolution date I went to Nissan on 23/10 accompanied by my wife to try & resolve the problem, by requesting a courtesy car due to transport issues. After being denied by the service consultant we asked to speak to the manager. When William Roberts (dealer principal) arrived his attitude was rude, arrogant, condescending & extremely unhelpful. After a heated discussion where he also refused a courtesy car, his rudeness escalated & I, not believing his response (plus his goading) lost my temper & pointed a finger to his face. To this he offered for me to, "take my best shot" & followed up with "unlike your wife I will hit back". This is completely unacceptable to make such an allegation. When he bothered to check the facts, he discovered (as he had been told) that his people had dropped the ball with huge inconvenience to myself & my family. Then a courtesy car was produced. My issue not only with being given false expectations but more so the disgusting and abusive attitude of Mr. Roberts. This "manager" doesn't even bother getting the facts before attacking the client.
