The air presser in my Nissan broke (very irritated with this as the car was only 4 years old when it broke). I phoned Nissan Northcliff who advised me that it should take a day or two to replace it. I handed my car in last week Monday and was phoned the following day to inform me that Nissan SA did not have the part.
I was offered a courtesy car until such time this matter was to be resolved.
I received an update every single day and today I finally got my car back.
Well done Nissan Northcliff. I don't know what I would have done if I did not have a courtesy car. Your daily updates made me comfortable that you were doing everything to have the matter resolved!!
I have never received such outstanding service from anyone. I wish I could clone Megan and the team. You have me as a customer forever!!
