Bad Attitude, terrible workmenship& damaged ca

I dropped my car of at 07:30. Did the inspection and was told to sign the inspection sheet and was told the car will be ready between 15:00-15:30. At 15:45 i called to find out whats going on and was told that the car is ready the lady forgot to call me. So i get there and first thing was told to do was pay. Then they bring the car outside and i go to see it and the car looked clean but there was so many places that werent cleaned and the seats had sand on them. The car had drip mark stains on the wheels and the hinges weren't even washed. No they trying to do all this while standing on the side of the road. Then i speak to the manager who has a terrible attitude and he says speak to the owner. So i did. And he never once apologised for the treatment or anything. Like that was the normal and what am i complaining about.

So then i jump into the car to go and see the hoodlining is hanging. So get off and go tell the owner and he says "yeah so". Thats normal for old cars. But i took in a car that had a perfect hood lining and now it hanging and he says yeah so. apologised again. So ask him aren't going to fix that and he replies "no" . really bad attitude.no customer service skils
