On the 2nd of Dec 2012 i bought my fiance a St. Christopher pendant from American Swiss.
After 2 weeks of wearing this it went completely black and looked as if it was 5 years old.
I would understand the condition of this is it wasn't looked after but this was not the case.
I did come to figure that this was not silver and looked like some piece of tin i bought on the side of the road.
When i returned it on Saturday 19-January 2013 i not only had to wait almost 10 minutes for service but also had someone take it and clean it bring it back not looking any better.
I was then helped by another elderly lady in the shop with a stinky "i am better than you attitude" she then asked if it was in the box i said yes because i thought she meant did i receive it in the box i was then told that that is why it went black? And even so if it was in the box for 2 weeks why would it go black?
I was then told that its something in my fiance skin but the chain did not do this??
i was then told again that i must just clean it. This would need to be done once a week?? The bad service i received was astonishing along with a pendant that was not "silver"!!
