It was on the 1st of may we went 2spur at the majuba mall when we had such a bad experience it was the worst ever, we got there around 8.15 waited for so long to get our food got our food around half past nine then our food came to us cold, the waiters were all sitting ready to go home and talking about us we called for the manager twice and then in that time we got 2different managers coming to us with attitude, so they said we must call the owner the cell no is on the door when we did the owner gave us attitude saying we dont need to come back to his restaurant and his in his warm bed, we even seen the cooks standing in the stoves they cook our food we eat from and the owner said thats the way they clean, hygiene is the 1st thing in a restaurant and we customers supposed to be treated good... consumer act gosh that spur is disgusting!!! and we always go as a big croup n our bill was around R900 i am not gona leave this am gonna take it up to the franchise
