Avant garde in the pavilion is a disgrace. Bought a nomination bracelet for a man and he was horrified lol. When we tried to return it the sales lady refused a refund. Phoned the owner who was rude and obnoxious and also refused a refund - prepared to give a voucher only. She was not interested in any return of the measly R190 and definitely not concerned with customer service. Has anyone else had a problem with this shop? I have never been refused a refund from any other shop in the Pavillion and definitely will not be purchasing my nominations from them again. Had spent over R2000 with them a few days before and they fight me on R190. Absolutely disgusted. Pavillion management agreed with me that it is my right to have my money back as I would want to purchase something elsewhere. Please all be aware of this malpractice.
