NO RESPONSE TO ACCOUNT QUERY

My membership needs to be renewed, I enquired about a pensioners discount but never received a reply - after sending a few more emails I finally got a response but needed more clarification on some of the details.
Once again my emails are being totally ignored & my payment is due soon.
DISGUSTING LACK OF COURTESY TO A LONG STANDING MEMBER WHO NEEDS A SIMPLE ANSWER.
