No reply when I ask to cancel membership

I contacted AA via the website on 28 August and got a reply the next day from Amina Mahomed asking for my details so that my membership can be cancelled as I had requested. I emailed the details to Amina on 29 August, but had no reply. I emailed again on 2 September and again on 9 September but the person has not bothered to get back to me. Please cancel my membership with my notice effectively given on 29 August.
