I lodged a complaint as my airbags did not deploy in a MVA. It has been pending with Ford for 6 weeks, with no feedback or response from them. After numerous phone calls to the head office, I was told to take whatever action i preferred as they are waiting for feedback from their legal dept with regards to why the airbags did not deploy. I supplied them with photos on demand, but no one went to investigate the vehicle or give any kind of attention to the matter. I recently purchased a new Ford Kuga and have concerns for the safety of my pregnant wife and unborn child if this is the attitude taken by Ford SA.and the quality of the product supplied. I would really appreciate a response from Ford to explain why this happened and put my mind at ease.
