The service in the shop is abysmal- but it's not the staff's fault, you need more people. 630 am in the week is a busy time, and you can't expect one cashier to handle the volumes...
I just remembered why I always use the Sasol in Sunninghill... today, alas, I had to meet someone at the Caltex and had promised to but them coffee. Of course, the coffee machine wasn't ready and I had to find someone to sort it... then there was no sugar, no lids- had to get her to get all that out of the cupboard. The little things like that are fundamental to good service.
Manager needs to get on the ball...
