Bad planning and worse management

This is a brand new service station - one would expect that it has and offers all the newest bells and whistles - ALAS...

Not possible to pay for petrol and consumables at the same p.o.s. - you have to use two
Not possible to pay with debit card unless the amount is over R50 - although this is a direct payment!!
The p.o.s. for petrol (inside the kiosk) does not have a credit card machine
Only 2 credit card machines are outside where the attendants are not allowed to take a machine to a client in the car - clients have to go to the counter
The manager stands right there while 2 different attendants swipe my card - when it is declined the 4th time (while there is definitely money in the account - I mean this was payday!!!) I have to ASK HIM to assist. And then he tells me: Capitec cards are not accepted 'by the machines'...

I must say: both cashiers inside and the attendants were ALL very helpful and even apologetic for the inconvenience!! However, the manager could not give one the courtesy to look you in the eye, you had to ASK him to assist, and then he treats customers AND STAFF like they are worthless!!!
