HORRIBLE SERVICE! MOST UNPROFESSIONAL!

Took my Accent in for a service a few months ago and i was dealing with a service assistant, Paul. Extra work needed to be done eg. adjusting handbrake, knocking noise and a faulty bluetooth system. Only the handbrake was fixed, nothing else. I couldn't get hold of Paul as he was ignoring me for the rest of the day. After many many phone calls to them, being put on hold by Louise for a few minutes before being transferred back to her, I then went back, very upset. And per Murphy's law, everything worked and the noise was gone. I the requested a suspension upgrade because the suspension fitted is dangerous and it would fall under warranty to have it replaced. I was promised by Ryan that he would order it and let me know when to bring the car. Not a single phone call from Ryan or Hyundai. Hyundai Pinetown, where I bought the car, gave me excellent service, but as soon as they have your money in the pocket, no one could care less, especially the service department.
