SHOCKING POOR SERVICE!!!

Below i have sent through a complaint to Sibusiso on the 19/09/2013
I have sent him 3 follow ups he keeps reading my mail but gives no feedback can this please be taken to he's superior as he is clearly not capable of doing he's job that Hyundai South Africa is paying him to do
I took delivery for the vehicle in December 2012 it had about 5000km on the clock from Hyundai King Williams Town
After about two months I could feel there is something seriously wrong with the suspension.
I know cars and understand how they work I am no expert but any one that drove the car including the service managers of East London and Queenstown confirmed my suspicion that the car stability is very scrappy I'm not even talking about high speeds here (40-60km/h) the option is that the suspension is way too soft and hence the car does not handle very well. (in fact it's the worst I have ever driven)
I visited two in depended suspension specialist in East London and they two had the same story to say
Suspension is and to such an extent that its dangerous driving with the car.
I have logged a warrantee claim and the rear suspension and shocks were replaced by Hyundai Queenstown that did not make any
