On the 28 January 2013 I booked my Hyundai Getz in at Hyundai Edenvale for a 30 000 km service. I told them what was needing attention - Windscreen wipers, handbrake needed adjusting - right hand drivers window was scraping when opened and closed. Well the invoice said that a 30000km service had been carried out, but I have no proof that this was done. My vehicle did not feel as if it had been serviced. The handbrake had not been adjusted, the right window is still scraping and I have not had the courage to lift the bonnet to see if the engine was cleaned. My previous experience with Toyota was that everything they replace after service, the old stuff was put into the boot. This is the second time I have been unhappy with Hyundai - the first being my 15 000 km service at Hyundai Bedfordview. I was promised that the dealer principal would be told about my bad service but I have had no response.
