Today 21/10/2013, 3 days shy of a month, we are still waiting on any information regarding our car that has been dropped at the dealership on 24/09/2013. At this point I have everybody involved: Hello Peter, Renault Incident Manager (Bernadette Erasmus) and appointed lawyers. I so far had 3 emails from they're Incident manager "Bernadette Erasmus" which I had high hopes to sort this mess out, but this also stopped abruptly. I don't know where to complain anymore. The mechanics are giving us a different story every-time, but for this whole month, nothing that they did could get our car to start. Are you not the Renault specialists. What do we need to do to get some proper service here. Can somebody please give me a straight answer. If you are unable to fix the car... be honest and say so. I am loosing trust in Renault as a Company day by day... PLEASE HELP!!!
