Don't resond to customer complaints

I have written 2 complaints on Hello Peter, 2 complaints on Renault SA customer complaints, 2 emails to the Product Manager for Renault SA, Bijal Harilall. It's been 6 weeks that I have no vehicle, due to Renault SA's supplying the Panelbeaters with the wrong Radiator. No one at Renault has contacted me to apologies for the inconvenience or made arrangements to assist with a loan vehicle. I find it totally unacceptable that Renault don't have the decency to contact a customer that's been with them for 5 years. Disgusted and disappointed with Renault SA as well as the Product Manager, Bijal Harilall.
